1. Credit Card on File & Secured Appointment
• All clients must provide a valid credit card at booking to secure their appointment.
• No deposit is charged at scheduling; the card is only used for potential late cancellation or no‑show fees.

2. Cancellation ≥ 24 Hours Before Appointment
• Clients who cancel 24 hours or more before their scheduled time incur no fee.

3. Late Cancellation (< 24 Hours)
• Clients who cancel less than 24 hours before the appointment will be automatically charged 30% of the service price.
• Fee reflects lost revenue and supports artist compensation.
• Charge is disclosed and authorized upfront at booking.

4. No‑Show (Missed Appointment Without Notice)
• First no‑show: the service is marked as a late cancellation, and 30% of the full cost is charged.
• The client is flagged; future bookings require a non‑refundable 30% pre-payment deposit before scheduling. This deposit is applied toward the appointment cost.
• Second no‑show offense within any 12‑month period: client must pay 100% of the booked service up-front for all future appointments.
